An active membership unlocks paid episodes across the REELM library, in addition to the free episodes available to everyone. Plans and prices may change over time; the current values are always shown here and at checkout.
Your subscription renews automatically. At the end of each billing period, we (through our payment processor) automatically charge your selected payment method for the next period at the then-current price, and your membership continues without interruption. This continues until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
You can cancel at any time from "Me" → membership/subscription in the app, or by emailing support@thereelm.com. When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date it simply stops renewing — you are not locked in.
A number of episodes for each series are free to watch without a subscription (the exact number is shown on the play page). Free content does not require payment and is not part of the recurring subscription.
If we change the price of a plan, we will make the new price clear at the point of renewal or purchase. Continuing your subscription after a price change means you accept the new price. You can cancel before the next renewal if you do not wish to continue.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Airwallex, Stripe, or PayPal). We do not store your full card number — it is handled securely by the processor. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge; if it continues to fail, your membership may pause or end until payment succeeds.
